Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your child's health. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency helpline number or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

• You must create an account to access premium content and growth tools.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Account access is personal and non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Premium access is unlocked upon successful payment.
• Subscription fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.
• Parental Saathi programme content is educational only and does not replace professional medical consultation.

All content on the Platform — including video modules, articles, graphics, and tools — is the intellectual property of Dr Ankit Jain / 1000 Days Parenting and is protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or premium content with others.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape Platform content.
• Post or transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, or misleading.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1000 Days Parenting excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, Platform content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months.

The Platform may contain links to external websites. These are provided for convenience only; we do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content. Visiting external links is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
